> PropertySurvey Pro is an offline-first mobile surveying and reporting platform for residential and commercial property professionals. PropertySurvey Pro includes RICS-aligned condition-reporting workflows for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys. 

Surveyors can use structured condition grids, reusable clauses, photographic evidence and editable recommendations while retaining control over their professional conclusions.
Commercial workflows include schedules of dilapidations, remedial works, estimated costs, landlord and tenant obligations and Section 18-related records. The platform also supports snagging inspections, asset condition surveys, floor plans, compatible LiDAR room scanning and practical tools for inspecting roofs, floors, stairs and other building elements.

Specialist workflows are available for PAS 2035-related assessments, fire risk records, HHSRS and Decent Homes inspections, pest and timber investigations, and visual asbestos or lead risk observations. These workflows are intended to support consistent evidence capture and reporting rather than replace specialist testing or professional judgement.

AI Polish can convert shorthand inspection notes into clearer client-ready language. Surveyors can review, edit or reject the generated wording before it is used. Gemini and OpenAI are supported through bring-your-own-key options.
