Who it suits:
Rentalize is a good fit if you manage residential property in Ireland or the UK and you have outgrown manual processes. That covers property management companies, private landlords and letting agents, investment and fund managers, real estate developers, student accommodation and hotel asset teams, and facilities and contractor operations. It also handles the social and affordable side, so approved housing bodies and local authorities running HAP, RAS, Part V and Cost Rental schemes work on the same system. It fits whether you have 50 units or 2,000 plus spread across multiple entities and sites.

What you can do with it:
Tenancy management keeps leases, renewals, notices and RTB registration in order. The compliance engine watches S.I. 137 standards, BER, Rent Pressure Zone limits, the Residential Tenancies Act 2024 and NOAC reporting, and warns you before deadlines pass. Maintenance runs from the tenant logging a request through to a contractor closing it off, with SLAs and vendor invoices tracked in a contractor portal. Tenants get their own portal for requests and payments. Reporting turns out NOAC, SSHA, HAP and custom reports without the usual manual export.

Rent collection is where a lot of the time saving comes from. Rentalize Pay takes rent by real-time bank transfer and direct debit through open banking and GoCardless, reconciles each payment automatically and charges no card fees. Arrears get flagged and reminders go out without anyone chasing. It handles both EUR and GBP.

Sitting across all of it is Talia, an AI colleague that works from your live data. She drafts tenant and landlord communications, answers questions about your portfolio and prepares filings, and checks with you before changing anything. It is less a chatbot and more a way of taking the routine admin off your team.
