# GestorIA

> GestoIA is built for small accounting and tax advisory firms in Spain (gestorías and asesorías, typically 1 to 20 people) that spend the end of every quarter typing their clients' supplier invoices into the accounting system.

How it works: each client gets its own email inbox, so invoices arrive on their own; invoices can also go to a shared firm inbox that routes each one to the right client by tax ID, sync from a Google Drive folder per client, or be uploaded as PDFs or phone photos. GestoIA splits PDFs that contain several invoices, reads each one with AI and extracts supplier, tax ID (CIF/NIF), date, taxable base, every VAT rate, equivalence surcharge, IRPF withholding and total. It then proposes the bookkeeping entry with the Spanish chart of accounts (PGC) account already assigned, and applies configurable rules so recurring suppliers post automatically.

What makes it different: the AI proposes and you decide. A review queue shows only the invoices that need a human look; invoices whose figures check out can be approved in bulk. Every action is logged, and nothing is posted without your approval.

It fits your current stack instead of replacing it: approved entries export to a3ASESOR, Sage 50, ContaPlus, ContaSol, CSV, Excel and the AEAT VAT register format.

Data is encrypted and hosted in the EU (GDPR). Plans start at 15 EUR per month with no long-term contract, and there is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Support is handled directly by the team, in Spanish, by email.
