> Anthoam is the self-managed HOA app. It serves volunteer HOA boards still collecting dues by hand and tracking everything in spreadsheets — communities too small for a management company and too complex for spreadsheets.

Anthoam brings every HOA process into one app:

Payments and accounting. Automated dues billing, online payments by card or bank transfer, late fees, and a real ledger — operating and reserve funds tracked separately, with annual budgets and reconciliation built in.

Work orders and projects. Residents report issues, the board tracks them to completion, vendors submit quotes, and larger projects run through a full lifecycle with escrowed payments.

Governance. Voting, board meetings, committees, and AI-assisted meeting minutes — so decisions get made, recorded, and found again.

Communication. Direct messages, announcements, email, and push notifications keep residents informed without another group chat.

Ask Anthoam, the built-in AI agent. Ask it to do something — draft a notice, file a work order, look up a rule — and it proposes the action, you approve, and it does it. Nothing happens without your okay.

A public community page. Every community gets a shareable web page the board controls — logo, welcome, amenities, and contacts — for prospective buyers and new residents.
