It is built for independent coaches who would rather coach than do admin. Clients book themselves in, reminders go out on their own, intake forms and coaching agreements send themselves, and payments can run automatically after each completed session through Stripe (card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer, and CoachTide takes no cut). An AI-assisted importer brings your clients and history over from your old tool, and the hours you log toward your ICF credential count themselves as sessions complete.

Privacy comes first, with data stored in Canada. One flat plan at $75 USD a month (CAD $99 in Canada) includes everything, with a 30-day free trial and no card required. CoachTide is currently in private beta and free during the beta period.
