Each of BookNox's 15 supported industries (photographers, event photographers, videographers, weddings, wedding planners, wedding venues, florists, officiants, DJs and bands, caterers, hair and makeup artists, doulas, life coaches, virtual assistants, and tutors) gets its own pricing model and trade-specific, ESIGN/UETA-compliant contract language, not one generic template. Contracts are tamper-evident and carry a full audit trail.

When a client pays, the deposit is charged directly on the vendor's own Stripe account and settles to their bank. BookNox is software, never a money holder or middleman. A Google Calendar event plus an ICS invite go out automatically.

Pricing is refreshingly flat: $29 per month, billed monthly, with every feature included.
