The core of Wrok is automatic scheduling. You add your team, set your shifts and how many people each one needs, and Wrok generates a full week in a few seconds. It works around each person's availability, their roles, their approved time off, and the rest hours they are owed between shifts, so you end up with a schedule that holds up instead of one you have to keep fixing by hand. When something genuinely does not fit, it tells you what to change rather than leaving you to hunt for the problem.

Your staff get their own app. They can see their shifts, their hours, and how much time off they have left without having to ask you. They can request days off, swap a shift with a coworker, and message the team, all in one place. You approve or decline, and the schedule updates itself and lets everyone know.

For busier operations there is more under the hood. You can set staffing rules so a role is always covered, plan breaks and activities across the day, and watch live floor coverage so you are never short at the counter or paying for people you do not need. Hours are tracked as people clock in and out, and you can export them to PDF or Excel when it is time to run payroll.

Wrok is free to start for small teams, and the paid plans are flat rate, so you are never charged per person as your team grows. It runs in any browser and on Android, with native mobile apps on the way, and your data is hosted in the EU.
