> anpira is the guest layer for vacation rentals, built by a host for hosts in Spain. It is not a PMS and does not replace one: it connects to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo via iCal, and to PMSs like Smoobu, Hostaway, Lodgify, OwnerRez or Hospitable via API.

An AI concierge learns from what the host already has (welcome PDF, WhatsApp texts, the listing itself), so setup fills itself in instead of starting from zero. It serves guests 24/7 in their language, solves the repetitive questions on the spot and alerts the host only when something genuinely needs their judgment: it cannot resolve the issue, it is serious, or it detects negative guest sentiment.

It also covers the rest of the stay: online check-in with document scanning and automatic traveler registration filed with the Spanish Ministry (SES, RD 933/2021), access management with smart locks or keyboxes, a cleaning app for cleaners with sealed, third-party-verifiable certificates (eIDAS qualified timestamps), commission-free upsells such as early check-in and late checkout (100% goes to the host), and expense OCR that turns invoice photos into a ledger the accountant can export.

Ideal user: independent hosts and small property managers with 1 to 20 rentals in Spain who want their time back without adopting a heavy PMS.
