Charting that knows the difference..
Notes are discipline-aware rather than one template bent to fit both. SOAP and visit notes with exam grids, PT flowsheets, regional assessments, and multi-visit treatment plans with progress tracking. Dictation, AI-assisted narratives, ambient scribe for conversation-heavy visits, summary and referral letters, exercise prescriptions with progress tracking, and typed e-signatures on consents and plans of care.

Billing, Cash, or Insurance..
Charges pull straight from the note. Invoices, clear patient statements, upfront cost estimates, card payments, payment plans, and membership or wellness plans. Cash and self-pay practices get the itemized superbill a patient files with their own insurer, with no insurance billing to pay for.
