MenuSquared is a menu builder made specifically for independent restaurants, with real design constraints that keep every menu looking like the work of a professional studio.

Start from any of 50 designer templates, each built for a real restaurant context: fine dining, bistros, BBQ, sushi, cocktail bars, delis, bakeries, and more. Templates control typography, spacing, and color systems, so your menu stays polished no matter how many edits it goes through. Set your logo, brand colors, and fonts once and every menu you create inherits them automatically.

Every menu is print-first. Export print-ready PDFs where what you approve on screen is exactly what comes back from the printer. The same menu also publishes as a live web menu with a QR code, and on the Business plan it runs as a full-screen menu board on any TV with a browser. Because print, web, QR, and TV all come from one source, a price change takes seconds and nothing drifts out of sync.

Menus can also run themselves. Schedule a seasonal menu with start and end dates and it publishes and unpublishes on time. Set happy hour windows and the right menu appears only during those hours, in your restaurant's timezone. Private menus for tastings or events can be protected with a PIN.

AI does the writing and translating, not the designing. Generate appetizing dish descriptions in your tone, whether upscale, casual, or minimal. Translate a full menu into Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Dutch, with translations carried through every format, including the printed PDF.

When you want to improve the menu, not just maintain it, import sales data from your POS.
