TheCrib is a team management app for coaches, players, and parents. Instead of piecing together a calendar app, a messaging app, and a spreadsheet for who paid, you get one place that keeps everyone organized through the whole season.

It works for amateur and youth coaches, team managers, and small clubs, whether you run one team or several. It supports basketball, soccer, hockey, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis, and lacrosse, and it doesn't charge extra for each team you add.

You can build your roster with player profiles, positions, and linked parent accounts. When you set a practice or a game, everyone gets a notification, the event syncs to their calendar, and RSVPs show you who's coming. You can take attendance, post announcements, and message the team inside the app, so nothing gets lost in a group text. Team fees are collected online through Stripe, with reminders that go out on their own, so you can stop asking people if they paid. When it's time to plan, the AI practice planner builds a timed session for you, and the tactics whiteboard lets you draw plays, save them, and replay them. Across the season you can log game scores, player stats, and evaluations to see how everyone is developing.

TheCrib is free to start, and you don't need a credit card. A Pro plan adds stats, payments, and support for multiple teams under one subscription. It's bilingual in English and French, built in Canada, and it runs on iPhone, Android, and the web, so your whole team stays in sync on any device.
