Digital consent forms can be created from reusable templates, sent using links or QR codes, reviewed by the studio, and stored as locked, encrypted PDFs. Ink registration helps studios track ink inventory, batches, retailers, safety data sheets, expiration dates, and booking-level ink usage. Reporting tools provide visibility into revenue, utilization, targets, forecasts, and upcoming workload. Role-based permissions, location controls, tasks, and shared records help artists, managers, and front-desk staff coordinate their work. For us, it has become one of those tools that I honestly wouldn’t want to run our studios without anymore. I also really like that the platform is continuously being developed, with new features, add-ons and improvements being added along the way. It feels like a product that keeps evolving together with the needs of tattoo studios. Overall, it’s just a really complete and well-thought-out system that makes our daily operations much easier. > > **Cons**: So far, I honestly haven’t come across any major downsides. Everything we need works well for our setup, and whenever new needs come up, the platform seems to keep developing and adding new features.
