> Paul helps small and mid-sized service companies stop running their teams on spreadsheets. It brings scheduling, time tracking, leave and payroll preparation into one place, designed for staff who work on customer sites rather than in an office.

Managers plan site by site: create a shift, duplicate it, copy last week, and see the estimated labour cost as the week takes shape. Publishing the schedule notifies each employee, and shifts nobody covers can be opened so the team volunteers.

Employees use their phone for everything: checking their shifts, clocking in and out, requesting leave, and opening the site sheet with the address, access codes, instructions and on-site contacts. It keeps working without a signal and syncs when the connection returns.

At month end, clocked hours become a timesheet per employee, with variance against the plan, night hours, public holidays and meal allowances already calculated. One click sends the summary to your payroll provider.

Paul also covers internal communication, document signature and per-site financial tracking. It was built by a French services company for its own field teams before being opened to others, and the data is hosted in France.
