# NXCatering

Proposals and e-signature. Build branded proposals by selecting a client, adding menu items or reusable packages, and setting deposit requirements. Per-guest pricing multiplies automatically by guest count, and service charges and sales tax calculate on their own. Clients review and accept proposals online with a legally binding electronic signature, and the signed record is retained on the proposal PDF.

What the price includes

Every feature is on from day one. There are no tiers, no feature gates, no add-on modules, and nothing held back for a higher plan. That covers unlimited proposals with electronic signature, deposit and final invoicing, one-click Banquet Event Orders, reusable menu packages with per-plate food costing, branded menu PDFs, a lead pipeline and client records, a shared event calendar, tasks, two-way customer messaging, a customer portal, branded emails and documents, and reporting.

Additional users are included at no extra cost. You are not charged per seat, per user, per proposal, per inquiry, or per event.

What we do not charge

NXCatering does not take a percentage of your catering revenue. Customer deposits and payments settle directly into your own connected Stripe account, where you are the merchant of record. We never hold your money and we never take a cut of an event.

There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no implementation fee, and no long-term contract. Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals.

Payment processing

Card payments you collect from your customers are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's standard processing fees apply to those transactions. Those fees are charged by Stripe directly and NXCatering adds no markup on top of them. Your platform subscription is billed separately from the payments you collect.
