> Resell4.me is consignment shop management software built for independent consignment, resale, and thrift shops that pay consignors a percentage of each sale. The platform runs entirely in a web browser, requiring no local installation, and covers the full consignment workflow: inventory intake, point of sale, consignor balance tracking, settlements, and accounting sync.
Each inventory item is linked to the consignor who brought it in, tracked by price, category, quantity, and location (booth). Items can be added individually or in spreadsheet-style batches of 50 or more, with optional voice dictation for hands-free entry. Quantity-tracked items support bins and lots without creating duplicate records.
The point-of-sale screen supports item search by description, item number, consignor name, or booth, along with barcode scanning through standard USB HID scanners. Checkout supports cash, card, check, store credit, and split payments, and every completed sale automatically updates inventory, sales history, and the selling consignor's payable balance — without manual reconciliation.
Consignor balances are calculated automatically from each sale using the consignor's agreed split percentage. The Accounts Payable screen lists every outstanding balance, and settlements can be recorded and printed individually or in batch, with support for cash, check, and ACH payout methods.
Resell4.me syncs automatically with QuickBooks Online on a nightly schedule through a live OAuth connection, in addition to manual IIF/CSV export and scheduled email export options for shops using QuickBooks Desktop or an outside bookkeeper. Additional functionality includes customer and loyalty tracking, layaway management, booth/space rental tracking with automatic rent deduction, bulk inventory operations, label and hang-tag printing, an in-app AI assistant for day-to-day questions, and a full offline mode that continues ringing sales without an internet connection and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
Resell4.me also offers a dedicated migration path for shops moving off legacy desktop consignment software such as BCSS (Best Consignment Shop Software) or Liberty 4, importing existing consignor records and active inventory directly from the legacy database.
