It gives us an extra sense-check before accepting bookings, flags anything that looks a bit unusual and suggests when further verification may be worth asking for. All bookings can still be approved automatically and it lets you set parameters for anything you’d rather make a decision on yourself. Since using it, we have felt more confident about who we accept and have had fewer problem stays and last-minute cancellations. > > **Cons**: The only downside was that it took us a little time to decide which tasks we were comfortable automating. We started with everything in suggestion mode and gradually switched more features to automatic once we had seen how well they worked.
