# WezwaniePro

> WezwaniePro is a Polish receivables management tool for small and medium businesses and for accounting offices. It helps creditors recover unpaid B2B invoices without hiring a lawyer or a debt collection agency.

The free tools generate legally compliant payment demands, final pre-court demands and interest notes, and calculate statutory late payment interest as well as interest on commercial transactions using National Bank of Poland reference rates. Because the reference rate changes during a period of delay, the calculation is automatically split into separate periods, which is the single most common error in manually prepared demands. For B2B invoices the software also computes the statutory 40, 70 or 100 EUR recovery compensation and converts it at the correct official exchange rate.

Generated PDF documents include the legal basis, the amount written in words and a table of interest periods, ready to print, sign and send.

The paid Panel adds an invoice and debtor ledger, daily interest accrual, an automated three step email dunning sequence and CSV invoice import. Accounting offices can manage receivables for multiple client companies from one account.

The interface is in Polish and every document follows Polish law, including the Civil Code and the act on counteracting excessive payment delays in commercial transactions. The free tools require no account.
