It is designed for existing C\&B teams who have outgrown Excel and the compensation modules bundled inside their HRIS, and who now manage pay across multiple sites, job families, and collective agreements.

The platform is built around six modules, available on their own or through the Pay Transparency Pack:

Pay Transparency. Build your compensation reference framework, compute the mandatory indicators of the EU Directive 2023/970, and surface the gaps that aggregated averages hide, down to the sub-population. Produce a budgeted, defensible correction plan before the question is even asked.

Salary Review. Run raise campaigns end to end: envelope, eligibility, manager guidelines, multi-level validation, raise letters, and payroll export. No shared spreadsheet, no loss of control, every decision timestamped and traceable.

Budget \& Payroll Mass. Model your assumptions and project the budget impact of each scenario before committing. Compare several scenarios in parallel and break down payroll evolution into its real drivers.

Benchmark \& Comparison. Position each employee within a peer group using your internal data and salary grids. Set recruitment ranges, support internal mobility, and answer individual positioning requests with an exportable report.

Variable \& Bonus. Pilot bonus and incentive campaigns with the same rigor as raises. Model any objective-setting policy without custom development, and keep every calculation traceable and auditable.

Benefits \& Total Rewards. Centralize and value every benefit per employee, expose the true employer cost, and generate an individual total rewards statement that stays current after each campaign.
