For therapy groups, the group remains intact between sessions and clinicians can record participant attendance, create separate invoices, and issue eligible participant superbills.

Daily practice tools include appointment requests, recurring scheduling, reminders, Google Calendar sync, private calendar feeds, flexible video links, forms, secure messaging, card and bank-transfer payments, imports, complete exports, and clinician-controlled AI assistance for preparation and draft documentation. The clinician decides when to use AI, reviews every draft, and remains responsible for the record.

Professional supports an independent therapist with unlimited active clients. Group adds shared administration, associate and supervisor roles, delegated access, and structured note-review queues for multi-clinician practices.
