# CORA workforce

> CORA Workforce is an Australian workforce compliance and capability platform built for one sector only: NDIS disability and care providers. It is built around the workforce providers actually have: frontline support workers on shift, usually on a phone, often between jobs.&#10;&#10;Your client system runs the participant side. CORA runs the workforce side, holding everything about a support worker on one record.&#10;&#10;THE TRAINING LAYER&#10;&#10;More than 80 mobile-first courses across six streams: compliance foundations, disability understanding and daily life, soft skills, leadership and workforce sustainability, behaviour support and crisis, and mental health and wellbeing. All mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards and Workforce Capability Framework.&#10;&#10;Assign courses or pathways to individuals or teams, set due dates, and issue certificates. Pathways can be built around the participant being supported rather than only a job title. Providers can also build their own courses or upload SCORM, which matters because the Emergency and Disaster standard requires training in the provider's own plans.&#10;&#10;CAPABILITY, NOT JUST COMPLETION&#10;&#10;A completion tick tells a provider that somebody clicked through to the end. It does not tell them whether that person would make a reasonable decision at 7pm on a Sunday with nobody available to ask.&#10;&#10;CORA's courses are scenario-based. Learners work through realistic situations with plausible options rather than one obvious right answer, and every assessed decision maps to one of ten named decision skills.&#10;&#10;On the Capability plan this produces the Workforce Capability Report, showing where the workforce is strong and where it is thin, worker by worker, team by team and by NDIS standard, with the courses that would close each gap. It also shows where a team is divided: different workers, one scenario, different answers. Monthly action cycles freeze that list on the first, so a provider can show what was raised, what they did, and what has moved.&#10;&#10;THE WORKER RECORD&#10;&#10;A credential register tracks expiry dates on the tickets CORA does not deliver, such as first aid, CPR, police checks and worker screening. Upload a certificate and CORA reads the dates printed on it and applies them. Credential packs give a role its whole required set at once.&#10;&#10;Each worker has a full employment record: role, employment type, start and end dates, emergency contact, and a private vault holding signed contracts, proof of identity and right to work, with every download logged. Onboarding runs from named processes per role, setting a new starter up in one action with their documents, credentials and training already assigned.&#10;&#10;SUPERVISION, PERFORMANCE AND POLICIES&#10;&#10;Supervision runs on a cadence each provider sets, with a register showing who is overdue. Sessions combine a conversation, a Support Observation capturing practice watched on shift, and a performance review carrying a development plan and next review date. An evidence pack prints any date range, and position descriptions are held per role.&#10;&#10;Policies are acknowledged by exact version, and a new version re-asks everyone in scope.&#10;&#10;EVIDENCE AND AUTOMATION&#10;&#10;An audit view lists requirements in the Standard's own words and shows where each is held. Seven registers export, including the training register auditors ask for by name.&#10;&#10;Renewal warnings, overdue reminders and a weekly digest run on each provider's schedule, and no worker gets more than one nudge a week whichever reminder triggered it. Credentials, Documents, Policies and Supervision can each be switched off, so providers already running part of this elsewhere keep only what they need.&#10;&#10;PLANS AND PRICING&#10;&#10;Foundations covers the full course library, certificates and reporting. Capability adds the Workforce Capability Report, the pathway builder and custom content. Pricing is per seat, billed annually, with the rate stepping down as the workforce grows.
