> PDFTrackr reports what happens to a document after you send it. Any PDF becomes a secure tracked link, and the dashboard shows who opened it, the time spent on each page, and the point where reading stopped.

What makes the numbers usable is what is taken out of them. Email scanners, link-preview bots and crawlers are identified and excluded from the counts, and the tool displays what it excluded, so a follow-up is never spent on a mail server that opened a link automatically.

On top of the counts sits the analysis. Return-visitor Signals show who came back for a second look and who merits a call. A per-recipient verdict answers, in one line, whether a named individual read the file. Real-time alerts arrive when a document is first opened and again when someone returns to it, each accompanied by an emailed Reading Report describing how the document was read. Page-by-page drop-off identifies the exact page where attention ended.

Owners restrict access per link and per person. An allow list names the email addresses permitted to open a document. A block list shuts an address out and ends any session it already holds. Email verification requires the viewer to enter a six-digit code sent to their inbox before the document renders, which turns a captured address into a confirmed identity. Refusals are worded identically for unlisted and blocked addresses, so a forwarded link discloses nothing about the original recipients. Passwords, expiry dates, download restrictions and per-page watermarks apply on top, and every upload is virus-scanned before it can be shared.
