From 18 October 2026 Polish law requires these certificates to be issued electronically and reported to the national P1/SIM platform. eMedics does that reporting and walks clinics through the registration, certificates and CSR they need to get there.
Certificates follow the statutory templates and are signed with PAdES-B-B. Employer data fills automatically from the national business registry.
Separate portals serve employers (referrals, exam status), external specialists (consultations) and patients (online booking, pre-visit questionnaires).
Also included: scheduling, bulk certificate export with QR codes, GDPR audit logging, encryption at rest, and a Polish, English and Ukrainian interface.
