About Zendesk Suite

Zendesk is a cloud-based help desk management solution offering customizable tools to build customer service portal, knowledge base and online communities. The solution offers a customizable front-end portal, live chat features and integration with applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics. Zendesk is used across a wide range of vertical markets including technology, government, media and retail, from small to large. Zendesk’s online customer portal helps support agents to keep track of tickets raised and their status. Customers can go through existing tickets to find answers from queries similar to their question and if not satisfied, customers can raise their own tickets in the portal. Zendesk also offers branding of support pages with business logos, themes and brand images. Zendesk allows businesses to build a knowledge base to address some of the most prominent and repetitive questions, so that customers can go through the basic set of queries asked in general. Using Zendesk, businesses can also set up an online community where their customers can post queries and reply to ongoing discussion threads. Zendesk Suite includes the following products: Ticketing System, Help Center, Community Forum, Messaging, Zendesk Talk, Zendesk Explore and Zendesk Sunshine Conversations. The Zendesk Suite is offered in five different plans depending on a companies need. These plans are: Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. A Perfect Suit for Customer Support

Zendesk has been quite simple to learn and use for basic tasks. It offers good reporting features and a comprehensive range of support options. People who works in customer service department will love to use this tool.

Pros

It gives you the power and resources to organise your customer service channels while retaining the adaptability to meet your demands. Competitor evaluations revealed a higher level of personalization.Help genuinely starts with the problem and works up to its resolution.

Cons

Although all the tools and settings I have used thus far are really helpful and I feel that those features are included in the list after much research and user input, I truly don't think of any such options or features on Zendesk.

Unparalleled Suite of Tools for Customer Service & Support: Zendesk Suite

Cons

Although Zendesk Suite is a great tool, it can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses. Additionally, there is a learning curve to using the platform, and it can take some time to get used to the different features and tools.

Zendesk, your one stop CRM

It has been the the most extraordinaryy.

Pros

I love the Sales Pipeline and call centre or telephony side together with being able to log tickets and monitor status of queries. All so easy to use. Zendesk save money and time. I'd strongly recommend it..

A very flexible tool

ZenDesk is a solid cloud-based tool and very good value for money.We operate it since 2015 and it doesn't give us many problems, we probably not using it to its full capacity as it is mostly used as a dispatch tool hooked up with online forms.

Pros

Deployment is quick.A development test bed is available for an extra fee.The search is very accurate.Good selection of ready-made APIs.Flexible API templates.Many useful add-ons in the marketplace.WYSIWYG is stable and allows sandboxing.Scheduling of holidays is taken care of out of the box.Very customisable.Nice and rich reporting engine with good selection of export options.

Cons

The settings section is now separated from the main product; why?In previous versions, the settings were under the same window as the product making changes a breeze, now it's clunky with more buttons to push.Human help is not great, phoning help is almost impossible in the UK.When you get someone to call you back the support is not bad though not always aligned with standard 9-5 working days.Many help pages are dated.

Pros

Zendesk Suite has been a game-changer for our customer service operations.
