What your assistant does:

• Sells end to end. Understands the question, including a photo of a product, finds the item, sends a product card with real price and stock, and creates the order, with cash on delivery if you use it.
• Answers support. Order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, product questions and FAQs, answered from your own knowledge base and order data.
• Recovers returns. Before a return is processed, it offers an exchange, a size swap or an alternative product, so the revenue stays with you.
• Brings customers back. WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and outbound voice campaigns to segments of your customer list, so repeat sales do not need another ad spend.
