> Orderright is a cloud-based POS platform for owner-operated restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food trucks, delivery kitchens and small retail shops. It was built in Germany and several hundred businesses across Europe run their daily service on it.

Who it is for

Our customers are usually the people standing behind the counter. The same person takes orders at lunch, counts the till at closing and sorts out the tax paperwork on Sunday evening. That shapes the product. Setup takes days, not months, and a new server can normally take their first order after about ten minutes of being shown around. Groups with several branches use it too, with menus, prices and reporting managed across all locations.

The till

Runs on Android hardware and covers table plans, split and merged bills, course firing, discounts, cash and card payment, and a kitchen display for the pass. Payright, our integrated card payment, means one contract instead of a separate payment provider: transactions book against the day's sales, so you are not comparing two different reports at midnight to find a 40 cent gap.

Ways your guests can order

Self-order terminals let guests order and pay at the kiosk while your team keeps cooking and running food. Average ticket size tends to go up, because the screen offers the extra topping and the drink every single time and never forgets. QR and NFC ordering does the same at the table, on the tray or at the counter, with no app download for the guest.

You also get your own branded app and web shop, so regulars can order under your name instead of costing you portal commission on every pizza. Orders from Lieferando, Uber Eats and Wolt land in the same ticket queue as everything else, so the kitchen works off one screen instead of three tablets ringing on a shelf.

Delivery

If you deliver yourself, the driver app assigns tours, routes the driver and lets the guest follow the order instead of calling you to ask where it is.

Running the business

My Orderright is the owner's app. Change a price, take an article off the menu or push a new menu to every branch in seconds, from your phone, without booking a technician. The dashboards show revenue by day, hour, article, payment type and branch, so you can see that Thursday lunch has been quiet for three weeks and do something about it before the month closes.

German fiscal compliance is built in rather than bolted on: certified TSE, KassenSichV, GoBD, DSFinV-K export for an audit, and a DATEV export your accountant can import without reformatting anything.

Support

Support  from a team based in Germany. We do the setup with you, remotely or on site, and import your menu so you are not typing 200 articles yourself. Hardware comes from us as well, which means a card reader that dies on a Saturday is one phone call instead of an argument between three suppliers.

Why operators switch

Most people who come to us are leaving a legacy till that charges per terminal per month, needs a technician booked for a price change, or has a delivery "integration" where somebody retypes orders from a tablet by hand. What they want is a till that holds up during service and an evening report they trust when they close.
