Every entry keeps full traceability and a modification history, records are stored for 4 years as required by law, and the report for the Labor Inspectorate is generated in one click.

Leave and absence management:
Employees request their days from their own profile, managers approve in one click, and balances update automatically — including automatic proration for mid-year hires and departures. A shared team calendar prevents overlaps and shows pending, approved and available days at a glance.

Document management and digital signature:
Deliver payslips, contracts and notices, and get them signed digitally (OTP) from any device, with a record of who signed and when. Centralized document manager with expiration control and ready-to-use, always-updated document and protocol templates.

Whistleblowing channel (Ley 2/2023):

> **Pros**: Lo que mas me gusta de Nucleo360 es que es una empresa que cumple con lo que muestra. Detro de su UI, es muy intuitiva , y como empresa , es un alivio saber que todos los huecos legales los tengo cubiertos. Me parece fascinate que tengan fichaje por WhatsApp y firma OTP, ademas de el canal de denuncias que es anónimo.La verdad que 10/10.
