\[sensitive content hidden\]	 has been my main point of contact for several years and consistently provides updates, checks in for feedback, and actively looks for ways to improve the platform. It's refreshing to see that suggestions are genuinely listened to and often implemented, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Overall, a great system backed by an attentive and responsive team.

The main improvement would be the addition of a built-in spellcheck function for operatives completing reports on mobile devices. As many reports are completed on-site using phones or tablets, spellcheck would help improve the quality and professionalism of report comments and reduce the need for corrections during review.

Another enhancement would be greater control over client access to reports. Ideally, reports should remain internal until they have been reviewed and approved by management. A workflow that allows reports to be checked, amended if necessary, and formally approved before becoming visible to clients would help ensure accuracy, maintain quality standards, and provide clients with confidence that the information they are receiving has been fully reviewed.

> Overall, this is a great piece of software. With the time invested to fully understand and utilise its capabilities, it can be tailored and adapted exceptionally well to suit the specific needs of a business and its workflows.

The platform is continually developing, and it would be great to see further enhancements to the dashboard graphing and reporting features, as well as the introduction of a video upload/input function to complement existing records and reporting.

Any feedback or improvement suggestions raised are always acknowledged, considered, and followed up on, which shows a genuine commitment to product development. \[sensitive content hidden\]	 and the wider team have been incredibly supportive to both myself and our wider team, providing excellent service, guidance, and responsiveness whenever needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend the software to businesses looking for a flexible system that can be adapted to their operational requirements while being supported by a team that truly values customer feedback.
