Everything works fully offline: no account to create, no cloud dependency, and all data stays on the device. Lists move between iOS and Android as .pnch files, so mixed crews can hand work back and forth.

For companies, per-seat annual licensing deploys through MDM on iOS or Managed Google Play on Android with a single license key and no per-user provisioning, so field crews are up and running without IT overhead. The free version covers core punch list work on iPhone, iPad, and Android; Pro adds PDF reports, digital signatures, and cross-platform transfer.
