> Zorin is an machine learning-powered pricing tool built for independent and SMB online retailers selling on Shopify or WooCommerce. Instead of guessing what to charge, or copying whatever a competitor happens to list, Zorin reads a merchant's own sales history and calculates exactly how demand responds to price for each product in the catalog.

Merchants connect Shopify or WooCommerce for live sync, or upload a CSV of catalog and sales history. Zorin fits a price elasticity model per SKU from that data, producing a plain raise, lower, or hold recommendation, along with an estimated profit lift and a confidence score based on how much real data supports the call. A thin-data product is never shown with the same certainty as a well-established one.

Zorin does not scrape or match competitor prices. The recommendation is grounded entirely in the merchant's own customers' demonstrated behavior, because a competitor's price reflects their costs and their brand, not the merchant's own.

Every recommendation ships with the reasoning attached: the elasticity, the profit-lift estimate, and the confidence label, so a merchant can defend the change to themselves or a business partner. Nothing applies automatically. Merchants review each recommendation, adjust it with a price slider or manual entry, preview the resulting margin, and apply it individually or across the whole catalog in one pass.

A Van Westendorp price-sensitivity survey layer lets merchants collect stated pricing preference directly from customers via a shareable, no-login link, giving a second, independent read alongside the elasticity model's revealed-preference recommendation.

Built for lean teams with no data scientist on staff: a store owner or small ops team can get a systematic, defensible answer for every SKU in minutes, not a vague sense that prices are "probably fine."
