Who it is for

Core capabilities

Session packages. Coaches sell blocks of sessions and SpotLock tracks credits used and remaining for each athlete, along with when a package is running out.

Athlete records. Each athlete has a profile with session history, coaching notes, goals, and parent contact information.

AI progress reports. Session notes are turned into a written development summary for the athlete and their family, which supports retention and justifies rates.

Verified reviews. Feedback is collected only from athletes who have completed sessions with the coach, producing credible social proof for new client acquisition.

> **Pros**: I really enjoy that this is built for the coaches and not the clubs. Its streamlined to run operations like a business and has given me so much more time back in my day. No other software I found has the AI functionality built in and their team is very responsive.
