Otto runs three products.

Lead Genius replaces the CRM. It surfaces and scores opportunities across your region, runs pipeline and bid tracking, supports go/no-go decisions, and generates proposals from your past project history and team experience.

Project Genius replaces the project management system. It runs drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, subcontractor compliance, field capture, and job progress across the portfolio.

Accounting Genius runs the accounting work. It handles AP with a five-way match against the purchase order, receipt, contract, budget, and project, along with pay applications, certified payroll, collections, month-end reconciliation, and cash forecasting.

Otto is built for general contractors, specialty contractors, and construction managers running multiple concurrent projects. Nobody replaces an entire software stack on a Tuesday, so Briq recommends a staged rollout, usually starting with the CRM, then project management, then accounting. Setup, training, and migration off the systems you are turning off are handled as part of onboarding.
