AI Agents are available in early access: they answer customers using your business knowledge base and hand conversations to your team when unsure. This is distinct from the copilot, where a team member reviews and sends the response.

Shopify and WooCommerce workflows connect through webhooks. Developers can connect existing systems using the REST API, signed webhooks and official SDKs: @whatsarab/sdk on npm for TypeScript/Node.js and whatsarab on PyPI for Python.
