Who uses Odomly

Sole traders, tradies, rideshare and delivery drivers, and employees claiming car expenses use the Individual plans to keep an ATO-compliant logbook without having to think about it.

Small-to-mid fleets of roughly 2 to 50 vehicles - trades, delivery, courier, transport and field service operators - use the Fleet plans to run vehicles, drivers, approvals and cost reporting from one dashboard. It is the same platform underneath, so an operator who grows from one vehicle to a dozen does not have to change systems or re-enter history.

What makes it different

Photo-verified odometer readings. Readings are captured against the vehicle rather than typed from memory at the end of the quarter, so the logbook holds up when someone asks to see the evidence.

One price per driver, unlimited vehicles. Fleet plans are licensed per driver seat with no cap on vehicles per seat. That matters for vehicle-heavy operations - plant-sharing crews, builders running pooled utes - where per-vehicle pricing effectively charges you for owning equipment.

Built for Australian tax rather than adapted to it. Reports are generated to ATO logbook and FBT standards, and the deduction rates are maintained as configuration inside the platform rather than hardcoded, so they stay current when the ATO changes them.

Paid plans start at A$14.95 per month for individuals and A$16.50 per driver seat per month for fleets, with a two-seat minimum. Annual billing works out at roughly two months free. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. There is no time-limited trial - the free plan simply continues for as long as you want it.
