CONSO is a building and condominium ("consorcio") management platform for property administrators in Argentina. It automates expense liquidation end to end: you load the expenses (or they arrive on their own from supplier invoices), the platform calculates prorations, interest and balances, and generates ready-to-send PDF statements.

Artificial intelligence is included in the price: it reads the invoices suppliers send by email and turns them into expenses for the next liquidation, classifies residents' WhatsApp and email messages, and drafts replies following each building's own rules. The administrator approves every action — the AI never executes sensitive changes on its own.

Suppliers are full users of the platform, not rows in a directory: they upload their invoices, track the status of their payments and communicate with the administration inside CONSO.

It also includes building-staff payroll with the Argentine SUTERH salary scale and social-contribution (F.931) tracking, bank statement reconciliation, per-building funds and cash boxes, assemblies, maintenance claims and document management.
