# Conectodo Packing

> Conectodo Packing is for ecommerce sellers who ship from their own warehouse. If you sell on Mercado Libre and Tiendanube, pick and pack in house, and the day ends with someone double checking parcels by hand, this was built for your operation.

The problem it solves is a specific one. As volume grows, the control depends on people paying attention, and the mistakes surface after the buyer has already complained. A parcel that goes out wrong costs the return freight, the replacement and the team's time, and the claim also affects how the marketplace treats the account.

The mechanism is easy to explain. The operator scans every item in the order. The system recognises which order each item belongs to, and the shipping label is not released until the order is complete and correct. If the order is wrong, no label prints. How strict the scan has to be is configurable per customer, so a warehouse with incomplete barcodes can start today and tighten the rules later.

Around that control, Conectodo runs the rest of the outbound work: a single queue with orders from Mercado Libre, Tiendanube, Fenicio, your ERP and manual sales; packing batches built manually or automatically by time of day, sales channel or delivery zone; picking on the operator's phone, grouped by where each product sits in the warehouse; automatic label printing at each packing station; parcel control and item by item returns; Mercado Libre Flex with delivery zones on a map, courier rates and settlement by period; and replenishment planning for Mercado Envios Full.

Who uses it day to day. The owner or the operations manager connects the channels and sets the rules. Pickers and packers work from a phone or a scanner at the station. Operator seats are unlimited on every plan, so growing the team never changes what you pay.

Getting started and support. Sales channels connect over OAuth, there is no historical data migration, and a typical operation is running the same day. Onboarding is done over a video call with your team, and support is in Spanish by email and WhatsApp.

What it does not do, said upfront. It does not handle goods receiving, purchase orders, stock control or cycle counts. It is not an ERP: it does not invoice and it does not do accounting. If the main problem is the inbound side of the warehouse, this is not the right tool.

> **Pros**: The Packing app offers several useful filters for managing different logistics methods and supports more than one account, which makes it possible to generate a general pre-picking list when needed. It also provides different filters and controls to help ensure that orders are packed correctly and according to the corresponding logistics method.
