> Brevara is documentation software for therapists — OT, COTA, PT, and PTA. Type the session the way you already write it: clinical shorthand, abbreviations, full sentences, or any mix. There is no format to learn. Brevara returns a complete skilled note with appropriate CPT billing codes and billable units calculated under the CMS 8-minute rule.

Unlike ambient AI scribes, Brevara does not listen to or record sessions — you write after the visit, and Brevara writes the note. Notes are never stored on Brevara's servers; they exist only in your browser session until you copy them into your EHR. Brevara works with any EHR by copy and paste. It supports outpatient, home health, and SNF documentation, with discipline-appropriate terminology and supervision language for COTA and PTA notes. Brevara is not a HIPAA-covered platform and does not offer BAAs; therapists enter session details that contain no patient-identifying information. Speech-language pathology is not currently supported.
