Most operators in this space end up with a patchwork: a booking widget from one vendor, waivers from another, email marketing somewhere else, payments locked to a processor they did not choose, and a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together. Resytech replaces that stack with one system where the booking, the customer, the payment, the waiver, and the follow-up all live in the same place.

What Resytech Does:

Online booking and checkout. Embed a checkout on your own website that matches your brand, or send customers a direct booking link. You control the flow, the fields you collect, the deposit rules, and the upsells. Customers book on any device without being handed off to a third-party site.

Activities and equipment rentals in one system. Resytech handles fixed-time activities, like a guided tour at 10 AM, and flexible-duration rentals, like kayaks by the hour or a trailer for four days. Equipment inventory, add-ons, capacity limits, and blackout dates are tracked together, so you do not double book a boat that is already out.

Payments on your own Stripe account. Take deposits, partial payments, split payments, refunds, and in-person card payments through Stripe Terminal. Money goes to your account, and taxes, fees, tips, and gratuity handling are built in.

Digital waivers. Build and edit waivers yourself, send them ahead of arrival, and have them signed on a phone before the group walks in. Signed waivers attach to the booking automatically.

CRM and customer history. Every customer profile shows past bookings, payments, waivers, notes, and communication, so staff can answer a question without digging through email.

Automation. A visual workflow builder sends confirmations, reminders, weather notices, review requests, and follow-ups on your rules. Abandoned cart recovery brings back customers who did not finish checkout.

Operations and staff. Scheduling, assignments, timesheets, and two-way Google Calendar sync keep guides and staff in sync without a separate tool.

Reporting. Revenue, utilization, guest counts, tips, invoices, and per-activity performance are reported out of the box, across one location or many.

Also included: coupons and promotions, gift cards, memberships, invoicing, post-booking surveys and reviews, a built-in blog and content system, and multi-location and multi-brand management from a single account.

Who it's For:
