ClearTerms is built for that moment. Upload a contract, NDA, lease, employment agreement, terms of service, or privacy policy, and you get back a structured plain-English breakdown written at an 8th-grade reading level. Most documents finish in under two minutes.

Every analysis includes:
- A short summary of what the document is and why it matters
- Risks rated high, medium, or low, each with the actual exposure spelled out
- A favor scale from -100 to +100 showing which party the agreement benefits, plus the clauses driving that score
- Every fee, payment, penalty, deadline, and renewal window, with who owes what to whom
- The parties and their roles
- Questions worth asking a lawyer, grouped by which side should be asking them

When the analysis is done, you can ask follow-up questions about the document. Answers come from the document's own text, not from general knowledge about contracts.
