DansTree is built for the person who runs a dance, yoga or music school and also teaches in it. Typically 50 to 500 students, one or two locations, a handful of teachers, and one or two people handling everything else: who came to class, who has paid, who still has to enrol.

If that is you, the problem is usually not that you lack software. It is that the school runs on three systems that do not talk to each other — a paper register, a spreadsheet of fees, and a WhatsApp thread — and every month someone spends an evening reconciling them.

Who this is not for
If you run a gym with turnstiles and 24-hour access, a franchise network with dozens of sites, or a business built on one-to-one appointments rather than recurring group classes, there are better fits than DansTree. We would rather tell you now than after you migrate your data.

What makes it different
Attendance, fees and enrolment are one system, not three modules bolted together. The teacher marks the register on their phone at the start of class, and that single action feeds everything else: the student's history, the group's real occupancy, the trial classes you can bill, and the early warning that someone has missed twice in a row.

Pricing does not punish growth. There is no charge per student and no commission on what you collect — two models that get expensive precisely when the school is doing well. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money never passes through us.

The Free plan is a real plan, not a trial. It covers up to 80 active students with unlimited classes, no card and no expiry date. Most schools set up their real timetable on it before deciding anything.

Getting started and support
You sign up and start. There is no mandatory demo and no sales call before you can see the product or the prices — both are on the website.

The Free plan includes email support. Paid plans include priority support, answered by the people who build the product rather than a first-line script. Guided onboarding is available as an optional one-off if you would rather have someone set up the first season with you.

- **Pricing Details**: DansTree is priced per school, not per student. There is no charge for each additional student and no commission on the money you collect, so what you pay does not change when the school grows or has a good month.

The Free plan is a real plan rather than a time-limited trial. It covers up to 80 active students at one location with unlimited classes and schedules, and it does not expire or ask for a card. Most schools set up their real timetable on it before deciding anything.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing works out at the equivalent of two months free: Professional drops from 49 to 41 EUR per month, and Business from 99 to 82 EUR per month. There is no minimum term on either — you can cancel from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Business covers up to 3 locations. Additional locations are 19 EUR per month each. Guided onboarding, where we set up your first season with you, is an optional one-time fee of 149 EUR.

All prices exclude VAT. If you enable card payments, they run through your own Stripe account: Stripe applies its standard gateway fee and the money goes directly to you. DansTree never handles your revenue and takes no cut of it.
