Hive improves collaboration and project management
The platform has transformed the way my team collaborates and manages projects. The intuitive interface, coupled with powerful project planning features, has significantly improved our efficiency and productivity.
Pros
Hive has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow, and its best feature, in my opinion, is the seamless integration of project management and collaboration tools. The ability to centralize communication, task management, and file sharing in one platform has significantly enhanced team collaboration and efficiency.
Cons
The mobile app experience could use some improvement. The app is functional, but it lacks some of the features available in the desktop version. Enhancing the mobile app's capabilities would be beneficial for users who need to manage tasks and collaborate while on the go.

The best project management software
I think Hive is a great project management tool that offers many features and benefits for users.
Pros
It has a smart analytics feature that allows users to track their progress, performance, and productivity, and get insights and recommendations from machine learning.
Cons
The task dependencies feature is not available or not working properly. Users cannot create dependent tasks or link tasks to each other.
Reasons for Switching to Hive

A contender for the worst software
It did not provide a positive working experience and promoted user-anxiety at the agency.
Pros
Everyone using it at the omnicom agency I worked at, were in agreement hive lacked basic features, rushed poorly planned new features weekly (in response to complaints), which caused disturbing time-wasting new bugs. The ‘pro’ to this is we all agreed
I used it throughout 2022 and changed jobs 2023- and I don't have to use hive now- big YAY
Cons
Fundamental functions lacking included: cut, copy, paste ,undo (if software does not have these features working, run don’t walk from it)
Did not do their homework and as a result were missing many standard features. For instance: minor but expected: no total of comments in a route reviewing WIP deliverable (people want to know a review’s progress, counting 70 comments to inform the team is wasteful: feature was later added)
Reacting to complaints by adding features weekly indicates bad programming with poor planning. It’s not acceptable because….
New features = risk of new bugs - and hive’s weekly upgrades resulted in constant bugs, which incurred 2-5 wasted hours of each users time weekly spent documenting and finding work-arounds. We could not trust the software.
Heres just a few of the continuous stream of bugs that would suddenly occur, a non-ending assault, boggling comprehension.
-In the timeline list view suddenly all days of the week disappeared. The feature was reinstated in a week or 2, but only moving forward. In all previous timelines the days stayed missing
-This was crazy ; in timelines suddenly all line items reading ‘Client Review’ literally dropped to the bottom after in market date.so there was a stack of clients reviews after the project ended. We had to drag them back into position. Fun times!
-Suddenly but randomly, teams review routes started to freeze. The status of the supposedly current reviewer would read “reviewing” far too long. I would contact them for status and find they were not reviewing and often did not have that Hive project open. The notification that it was their turn was not received. To get the route working when that happened, I has to delete all reviewers which would remove approvals. The team members on the route had to be manually re-entered. The bug evolved and started mixing up the reviewer data. For instance it would insert my name reviewing for the Account team. I was project management…same work-around delete reviewers and re-enter..
I could go on and on.
I was tasked to write up the issues our agency wanted to retire hive. However removal would be hard as someone purchased hive for every omnicom agency. I’m not sure what happened.
My first company-wide software dev project was in 1991 for Atlantic records tracking sales in real time. Since then i have managed 12 similar scale software dev projects.
My hive experience reminded me of one where we inherited partially done development whose code was so ill-conceived the fix was trash it and start over.

A potentially powerful tool crippled by poor and inconsistent UI
An unmitigated horror story of misery and despair. Completely unsuitable for managing multiple complex jobs with many moving parts. A very poor piece of software for granular time management. It has lots of potentially good features but they are all so badly and confusingly designed. It could potentially be very useful and powerful but they need to completely revamp their UI design philosophy to make it easy and consistent. It feels very outdated and not well joined up.
Pros
They have a very good support team and the project gantt charts are useful.
Cons
The UI is unbelievably poorly designed with lots of inconsistencies and everything takes more clicks and time than it should. It is incredibly inaccessible for the neurodiverse because of it's poor design. It takes a long time to learn and is quite glitchy. I frequently encounter problems and it is difficult to work out whether each problem is due to a Hive glitch or a user error because of the poor UI. It's a total time sink and makes me want to quit my job.

Ideal for cooperation on internal and external projects
Team members should be able to talk to each other right away. As a company, we rely heavily on phone contacts with consumers, therefore when problems arise, staff members need to be able to get down to the bottom of things without having to start another call. While on the phone with a customer, we may effortlessly converse thanks to this service.
Pros
It's incredibly straightforward, yet packed with flexible features. handling projects as a manager. Assigning work to team members, keeping tabs on their progress, etc.
Cons
The only drawback thus far is the cost. Although it is not the cheapest service we have used, it has everything we need to keep our projects on schedule and working smoothly.

Benefits project managers greatly
Our company's leaders now get a bird's-eye perspective of all ongoing work thanks to Hive. Using this technology has helped us streamline our processes, which has resulted in better projects completed faster. By consistently utilizing Hive, we drastically reduce the likelihood that a client's inquiry or a project's progress would be overlooked.
Pros
The visual interface is intuitive. Our Marketing team can benefit from using the proofreading tool. By streamlining the approval process, it shortened the time it took to complete our projects. Anxious users will like the "my actions" tab's streamlined perspective. It's great that any member of our team may serve as the project manager for their respective tasks.
Cons
I'd like it if the statuses could be modified to suit individual needs rather than coming prepopulated, or if the option to delete the default statuses was available.

Under the radar project and task management system.
We were looking for an affordable solution for our project management and we found it in hive. It does "almost" everything we need and we use it on a weekly basis. It helps us keep track of each item that needs to be handled in a particular file.
Pros
It was pretty simple to onboard our team and also simple to create a workflow system.
Cons
I think we need a more robust notification system to keep track of project tasks.

Development Done Very Wrong
Hive more than doubles the amount of tedious, manual data entry required for every project. Most of my team actively avoids using Hive as much as possible. Instead we rely on spreadsheets and email to do literally everything Hive can do but better, faster, and with less training. Then we just mark everything complete in Hive so it looks like we're using it.
Pros
If you complain about Hive enough you'll get a thirsty email from Hive's [sensitive content hidden] asking for free advice.
Cons
Hive proudly proclaims itself "the world's first democratic project management platform," then goes on to explain, "That means that our product is built by users, for users, via feedback on our Forum." What it actually means is not only do they expect end users to beta test their unfinished software but also that they expect those end users to pay for the privilege. The backlog of bugs that users have reported via their forum is five years long. They have no plans to actually fix anything; instead they're obsessed with addeing "new" features that are really just re-packaged old features that never worked right and still don't. Hive somehow manages to fail at even the simplest functions of basic project management. For example, if the dates for a project shift back a week, you have to manually change the date for every single action and subaction in that project. Unless, that is, you pay for an add-on tool that lets you automate that. But you'll have to program it yourself. And it probably won't work anyway. Because they didn't bother to test if the automate tool and they're using you, the paying user, as a guinea pig.

Fantastic Project Management Tool for Agencies
Pros
The intuitive nature of Hive's functionality makes it easy for anyone to use and to quick to onboard and learn. The ability to move between different views allows users to the program in their favorite mode. Once you've set up templates it makes building cadenced projects even more simple.
Cons
I would love to see the ability to quote jobs added to Hive - it would help eliminate another program we use at the Agency.

It is worth a try.
For basic or complex project management it is robust enough in terms of tools and flexibility. It has many functions and the established tasks are accomplished in shorter time frames.
Pros
It is easy to access as it is compatible with a variety of operating systems.
When I start new projects, I can keep track of the ongoing ones. My favorite aspects are the division of projects by phases, the customizable timeline, being able to budget/schedule, and set a defined framework. The labels and colors help me individualize and highlight project phases for a better overview and control.
Cons
*Using the mobile version, I see that it limits the functionality and potential of Hive.
*Also there should be clearer tutorials for the initial setup.
...However, once it is all set up, it is very nice to work on projects, but it could save headaches at the beginning.

Hive Taken to the next level
Hive has been a great help managing sales orders, manufacturing processes, quality inspections right down to shipments. It provides MFT with a live overview of all the various projects running simultaneously by assigning travelers, tasks, additional notes, check off lists all on a daily basis.
Pros
Know Hive is a Project Management tool MFT has taken it to the next level. We use Hive to following the manufacturing process from start to finish. As the Quality Manager, I use Hive to track scheduled fabrication on a daily basis. As orders are generated, the fabrication process is tracked throughout the build, to completion. Quality inspections are reported, and documented, then uploaded results so the team can review results. At this point, the jobs are tagged as complete and moved to the next step which is packing and shipping.
Cons
As sales orders are generated, they are inputted into Hive along with all applicable documents, PO#, drawings, travelers and additional notes is needed. Hive use to be able to open a Autocad file or Solidworks file, but now, the drawing file has to be downloaded then opened. This is an extra step we didnt have to do in the past. The recent update eliminated the ability to open these files from Hive.

After a learning curve, Hive is a strong for smaller organizations
Overall I enjoy using Hive. It is a simple software that serves every real need that I have. It could have more bells and whistles, but those aren't essential to operation, so I can't complain.
Pros
Hive seems to work best for organizations under 100 employees. It's cross collaborative and does a good job keeping you informed of upcoming due dates for tasks. The messaging service is also very useful and easy to understand, it's barebones but it gets the job done.
Cons
There is a pretty big learning curve for the first couple weeks of use, particularly with assigning tasks and managing projects. It's not the most intuitive software, but once you learn how to use it, it gets substantially easier to use. The process for creating a repeated tasked is a little tedious.

Overall good, can tell quirks are getting worked out as the product grows and evolves.
Overall it has been good. We have watched the program evolve and have definitely noticed improvements in ease of use and functionality. Several questions/ functional issues that I have had and expressed through surveys and chats have been modified/corrected, so it's good to see that the company is actually paying attention to how people are using it.
Pros
-Multiple methods of tracking and organizing projects.
-Easy for multiple people to see what needs to be done on a project
-timelines make is easy to see where a project is going
-chats make it easy to keep shared notes available to everybody
-The time tracking feature is a nice addition. We are still getting the hang of using it effectively, but I think it is a good addition.
Cons
-Definitely don't like the new blue expansion boxes in the Gnatt view. Too easy to rename/delete something
-Can't see my notes on Hive mobile.
-Wish the green "complete" mark bubbles could change color depending on what the status of an item is.
-I don't understand why the subactions of a phase don't stay condensed/expanded as I left them, instead of randomly expanding/condensing upon close & reopen of a project.
-Wish there was an option of deleting all the subactions when a phase is deleted, instead of having them appear in a different phase then have to delete each one manually, individually.
-I'm not sure if I'm missing an option, or if there is a bug, but it seems like dependencies don't always make the things they are attached to, move together. Maybe I just need a more through explanation of how the feature works.

Hive Works!
As I mentioned above, working remotely can be difficult but I've been able to stay connected to my business partners using this software.
Pros
I like the fact that it consolidates the functionality of Slack, Trello and other project management software packages into one. I work remotely and it's easy to stay in touch with other members of the team on a minute-to-minute basis.
Cons
I can't get it to work reliably on my iPhone, despite updating it regularly. I have an older phone (5s) because I just like to have a smaller phone to carry. Soon this needs to change, but for now if I get notifications from Hive I have to find a place to pull up my laptop.

Hive is a much needed resource during remote work and continues to improve!
Project management and in-house (only) team communication.
Pros
The chat function is HUGE for keeping our team connected while we are apart. We use it every day. I also love the "my actions" view because it keeps everything organized for me and I can stay on track and on time while juggling many different projects at once. Hive takes our feedback and makes improvements in a timely manner. I would recommend this product and it will just keep getting better!
Cons
I think "my actions" should automatically sort by the next due date at the top (the closest date). Instead, you have to manually adjust the order of tasks by due date, which is a little tedious. Maybe you could offer both options? Manual and auto.

Hive is a very good Project Management software tool, only lacking on budget / reporting.
Hive is a good project management tool when you focus on the projects. If you want to track the budget along with the project progress, it is lacking several features that would make that possible.
Pros
Hive allows for a few different method of project management for both agile and waterfall projects. It has built in time tracking and you can invite clients without having to pay a fee for them to be in your system. The forecasting tools are helpful and has most of everything you would expect to see in a project management system.
Cons
There are two things missing from this software that would make it a great tool. The first of which is an individual users task list that can be prioritized. Each of our employees wants to see what they are responsible for across all projects and then set priority without having to use a separate program (like Asana). Also, Hive does not do much to address the budgeting side of project management, so there is not a lot of insight to how the budget is being used or reporting back to the client on budget over time of the project, let alone any type of portfolio management.

A good tool for multiple projects
My company works with local and remote teams. With Hive we manage and use human resources more assertively. Some of the tools of the platform, such as the management of estimated time to complete the tasks, helps us to work in this mixed regime.
Pros
one of the best features of the tool is the ability to view projects in different ways. Be it as a schedule, status or Gantt view.
This allows us to configure the best way to follow each project, either by the team's need or simply to facilitate the follow-up on a daily basis.
I recommend for teams with a mixed regime of employees (presence and remote) and for those who work with multiple projects requiring daily updating
Cons
Unfortunately the mobile app version of the platform still has many problems. It is necessary to change the visualization of the tasks and to improve the speed of access and update, the simple act of changing the menu options generates a lot of loading time. I believe that the mobile version needs a complete overhaul, I've already tried to use it on the iOS and Android platforms, but the problems are similar and many members of my team simply stopped using the app.

Great software at a competitive price
Our team does not have a project manager, so we needed a tool that would streamline our project processes and enable each team member to PM their own projects. Hive allowed us to get projects spun up faster and has increased our cross-functional team collaboration.
Pros
There are so many features that I love about Hive. My favorite is that you can tailor each project view to what works best. The ability to provide reviews in app and establish approval flows is awesome. Additionally, the template design is robust and allows you to quickly form a project plan.
Cons
I would like a better alert system and the ability to leave alerts unread - once you read them, they disappear from the main notification tab. I would like more high-level reporting that we can bubble up for executive review.

The tool has a lot of features but not very intuitive to use
The tool seemed liked it had it all for managing the whole operations of my function but once started using it I ended up giving up on features like time tracking and ended up using sheets for simplicity and efficiency. Once a feature fails to deliver because of how complex it is, the whole project team ends up parting with the whole platform. I would suggest reworking the entire platform unless the aim is to keep it for dedicated project managers and not function leads that want a tool that is much easier to keep the ball rolling while adding efficiency to their function

Quality product with an excellent team behind it
Hive has been an excellent partner for us and our clients.

We have been partnered with Hive as a reseller for about a decade. We have multiple clients that use the Hive product and it has always been a reliable product. When questions come up or help is needed, the Hive team is always very easy to access and provided excellent and fast support. The quality of the analytics that are collected in the Hive platform are excellent and easy to dig into to find fine details. Overall, excellent product, excellent team of people behind the product.
Cons
Hive collects a great deal of performance metrics from end users. This data is very valuable and it can take a little bit to learn the different ways to slide and dice the data - that said, after a couple of hours spent digging into the data is about all it takes and that couple of hours is a VERY worth while investment and given the utility of the information available well worth the time.

Good for Small, Remote Teams
Overall, Hive has been a good system for our team to work effectively. It gets the job done, although not always as simply as other tools.
Pros
The native time-tracking feature was one of the biggest reasons our team chose Hive as its primary project management tool. With a team as spread out as ours geographically, Hive has made it easier to collaborate and execute projects. Hive is always looking to improve, and we appreciate that they ask for feedback and implement it.
Cons
Hive has limitations in terms of its reporting and integrations. We would love to be able to build our CRM right in Hive to simplify our sales cycle work and time tracking, but we must still use a third-party at this point. Additionally, automations in Zapier and integrations with third-party apps are still not as robust as with other popular project management systems such as Asana.

Overall I have liked Hive. It's been a great program and we will continue to use it. Though it's boring, it does its job well and I recommend it for anyone looking for alternative project management apps from the big ones.
Pros
I've really liked my time with Hive. It's a really clean concise interface and has a deep feature set. It was easy to learn and has been a huge help with keeping our projects on track.
Cons
I do not have anything negative to say about Hive. It's been great but at the same time the same as all the others. It's vanilla. I haven't found any "surprise" features.

Very smooth design and perfect for remote coworkers
Our marketing team used Hive to organize a special, multi-week initiative. As a company with employees spread across the country, we needed a way for everyone to feel as though they were working side by side in the same room at all times.
Pros
Hive is used for both microtask management and internal team communication. This facilitates systematic documentation of all open tasks in accordance with PMI's best practices.
Cons
The task cards can only hold text, hence we can't attach any necessary files to them. The main barrier is oversharing with third-party suppliers outside of the company.

An effective collaborative tool for managing projects and tasks in detail
As a result of Hive's unique workflow planning and management software suite, the team was able to keep track of all the details and monitor all the tasks, as well as raise the attention on due dates and priorities by each team member and clients on a regular basis.
Pros
Hive allows the development of the team's capabilities to follow up on all projects on one system, as it provides us with enough flexibility to display different information in detail about all our projects independently or at once. Hive, through its capabilities to promote effective communication between team members, enables them to be familiar with all the details of workflow plans and also all the requirements of different tasks. I like in Hive the ease of preparing work schedules, and also the automatic update of the start and end dates of activities, and it is equipped with several views, enabling you to get a distinct view of work programs. Hive enables you through the project dashboard to know all the information you need, and also for each member of the team to know the tasks to be followed up and the dates for closing them.
Cons
Not a lot of complications, Hive is very easy to use and all members can do their jobs directly through it. I just find that Hive needs more automation, especially with regard to updating the start and end dates of missions, also some improvements must be added with regard to search options, because in the current situation we cannot reach accurate results.

Nice IU, has awesome apps as add ons.
Great tool, Awesome User interface, wide variety of features. HIVE must try to include individual based pricing for organizations as each user requirements differ in a diverse organization and HIVE could end up losing in this competitive field. HIVE should come up with AI based tools to assist along with its existing project management framework.
Pros
Great user interface. Ease of use, can get started easily, lots of features and add on apps. Add action cards to project via email and assign users to the action card.
Cons
Too expensive. We need to pay the same price for all users, the price of the version with the most apps and features- even if many users may not use those features.
That there is no AI based offering, a smart AI based offering that could read the emails and automatically create projects/action cards and assign users to the action cards/projects. We have to manually do that, I think HIVE has the capability to evolve to this point.
Response from Hive Technology
Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear that you enjoy using Hive, and that you find our interface so appealing and easy to use. I will make sure to pass along your other feedback about price and AI to the appropriate teams here at Hive. Cheers!

Hive Keeps Us Organized
Very satisfied and very positive! If you need a project management tool I would 100% recommend Hive. If you have a management tool and are also using a chat app like google hangouts or Slack I'd make the switch to house it all in one place.
Pros
Besides the obvious project management features that Hive excels at and that our team uses daily, the biggest gamechanger (and one I didn't expect when we launched Hive to be so impactful) is the chat function. For companies or groups who employ other apps like Slack, Hive offers a more streamlined place to hold all of your conversations in the same platform you manage and keep track of your work. It's been a huge boost for our team to have group and individual chats.
Cons
Hive is still making changes and updates to its platform. This is typically a benefit as we appreciate working with a platform that is always seeking to optimize and improve. However there has been a few bugs due to updates that have limited access into the platform for a small amount of time (less than an hour). The issue is usually resolved quickly but it does set us back if and when it happens.
Response from Hive Technology
Thanks for your great review, Nate! We're happy to hear you enjoy using Hive. We are always working to improve the platform and launch new features with minimal impact on our users. Your feedback is appreciated and will be passed along to the product team. Thanks for being a part of the Hive family!

Good and Bad, but Mostly Good
Overall, Hive works for our Marketing team and customer service is exceptional (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]).
The biggest frustration is that we tested a few systems and chose Hive because it combined messaging, we liked the look of it, and the ability to link external apps if desired. The ultimate reason we chose Hive, though, was because when tested, projects with a date range for a due date showed up at the beginning of that range, which is exactly what we needed and no other system did that. However, a month after we switched and installed, that changed and they now show on the due date which causes issues (and extra messages and meetings) for our team to make sure stuff is being worked on proactively.
We've had a large amount of issues with recurring actions and auto-snooze as mentioned above and I've reported it several times.
We've had Hive around 8-10 months and just went through redoing our entire workspace to hopefully make it more streamlined due to the systemic issues we were having. With that, I'll say there are several ways to utilize Hive and you can find what fits for your team.
So overall, good and bad - mostly good.
Pros
For our team of five, the most beneficial features are: ability to assign two people, ability to color code projects, ability to track time within a task, ability to add approvers within a task, direct and group messaging within the app (replaced separate use of Slack), Notes and ability to share them, and the "status" and "table" views for projects.
Cons
For our team, we have had repeat issues with recurring actions not functioning correctly, specifically with auto-snoozing actions and sub actions (even past their due date) as well as due dates when we try to update recurring actions. We shifted our set-up and re-entered all actions at one point to try and workaround the need for a recurring action. We also prefer for actions with a date range for a due date to show up as of the start of that date range so we know how many days we have to work on something, however they show up the day it's due.
Reasons for Choosing Hive
The setup within Asana wasn't beneficial for everyone and due dates were being missed. We also needed a system we could communicate within rather than the team communicating through Slack and Email outside of the system. We liked that Hive had different ways to view projects so each team member can choose what works for them and that communication could be integrated.Switched From

The project management product we were looking for
Pros
We looked at and tested several project management options and had used several in the past. Hive was never on our radar and unfortunately isn't as well known, but we discovered it through the WeWork employee portal and gave it a try. The set up was simple, it offered flexibility in terms of how you view and sort projects. It also allowed us to add external users without paying for a seat. This was extremely important because we want our clients to have access to our project boards, but we don't need full functionality for them.
While it wasn't available when we first started using it, the addition of time tracking was a huge bonus for us as an agency, and Hive continues to impress us by adding additional features and functionality. When it comes to support, they are extremely responsive and in the rare times we have had to utilize support, issues have been resolved to satusfaction.
Cons
I wish there was a native integration with HubSpot, but we're able to get around that with Zapier.
Alternatives Considered
monday.comReasons for Choosing Hive
Asana did not offer pricing for less than 5 users and at the time, we only needed 2-3. We needed the additional functionality that came with the paid version but couldn't justify paying for seats that were going to go unused for an undetermined amount of time.Switched From
AsanaReasons for Switching to Hive
Part of the reason was that they offered a discount to companies that worked at a WeWork location, but it was also easy to set up and use during the trial period.

Communication, Deadlines and Task assignments
It's a useful tool for keeping track of everything you have to do. A fantastic platform that prioritizes its users by offering low-code alternatives for constructing automated forms and other labor-saving features. More people will use the software, and it will be more adaptable.
Pros
It was a helpful resource for organizing our work. The platform's emphasis on its users contributes to its widespread popularity and adaptability. Low-code form and automation possibilities on a fantastic platform for streamlining our operations. However, reporting at the corporate level has received scant consideration.
Cons
There's room for improvement in the price system. For instance, regardless of the size of your team, you're limited to 500 automations, regardless of how many seats you buy. The gap between one level of service and the next is fairly wide, making the decision to upgrade a major one.

The appropriate collaborative option for managing various types of projects.
Hive helped us plan our projects more accurately and generate executable work plans that allowed us to follow the implementation stages and adjust tasks more flexibly. I strongly urge everyone to use it and take advantage of its collaborative and remote working features. Support is quick to respond and address difficulties when we have needed it.
Pros
Hive is more user-friendly, and one of the easiest project management platforms to set up and use, all for a low monthly fee. We were able to include customers and stakeholders on the same subscription, which helped us to accurately collect their opinion, especially in the planning stages and development of work schedules. In summary, it is a powerful collaborative tool that keeps everyone informed of project developments and assigns roles fairly, ensuring that all participants contribute according to their expertise.
Cons
Hive is ideal for a wide range of projects and comes at a very reasonable price. It is simple and flexible enough to manage all stages of the project life cycle.

Great tool for workflow/project management
We use Hive as our primary workflow management tools (for the client account I'm currently working with) - it helps us track ongoing projects for all the members of the team with real time updates on the progress. It becomes quite efficient to track and manage deadlines.
Pros
It lets you create subtasks within each task head that allows for better tracking of the progress on the project and also makes it more streamlined. This makes it super to easy to manage your ongoing projects and deadlines. I can just add a comment at the end of each day under the respective project heads that allows my team team/ manager to stay updated on the status of the project without the need for constant follow ups.
Cons
I usually have multiple projects lined up sequentially one after the other each with an independent start/end date. However, if there is a delay on one project for any reason - each of the following projec dates need to be edited and moved individually which can be quite frustrating. Would really appreciate there being an option to move all the project deadlines in one go.

"One of the most functional software for project managers and entrepreneurs."
The best thing and the most productive benefit of the hive are that it can alter anything into an engaging task. Thus, with the multiple features and simple interface, this software is bringing a wide range of work opportunities. Hence, to be on track you need such easy-to-use software with the best integration and drag plus drop attributes. In short, the hive is one of the most functional software for entrepreneurs and other users. The easy-to-use keys and appealing dashboard make it quite interesting for users to work. Thus, bring it one and enjoy the unlimited proactive tools.
Pros
As quoted, this is one of the best and first management platforms supporting democracy. So, this software manages the whole working schedule very well for the users. Thus, you will regulate the timings and working strategies with the help of this tool. Hive helps in the engaging audience and provides productivity with collaborative teamwork.
Cons
Having no problem is a problem. So, when it comes to hives then a lot of users complain about the notifications that don't pop up while working. Thus, there are many analytical report generation and buffering issues that customers encounter.

Thank you Hive for making our business run seamlessly!
Hive has made communication between our company's team easy. Now, we don't have to constantly call each other, have follow-up meetings, and walk into each other's offices. We can simply log into Hive and see who is doing what. We know when things are due and what needs to be done next. Because of Hive communication is easy so we can focus on getting jobs done for clients and getting them done on time.
Pros
Hive is ridiculously user friendly. I like most how our team can collaborate on different tasks and we all know who is doing what and when. We also know when everything is due and what is to be done next. It makes communication and completing tasks practically effortless. Now we can focus less on the lists and to-do's because of Hive; now, we have more time to focus on actually completing the tasks themselves. Because of Hive, we can get jobs completed for customers on time. I also really like the time clock feature, where we can log our hours for different tasks and clients. Plus, anytime I have questions or troubles, the Hive customer support team is right there, ready to help. I can't rave about Hive enough.
Cons
I honestly have nothing that I least like about this software. It's an amazing product that myself and our company uses every day.
