What those people share is that they are answering questions about vehicles from memory, from phone calls, or from a spreadsheet filled in after the fact. Fleetile replaces that with a record that comes from the vehicle itself.

Every vehicle sits on one live map with its position, speed, heading and last-seen time, refreshed every few seconds rather than every few minutes. Geofences around a depot, a client site or a whole city raise an alert the moment a vehicle enters or leaves. Route playback replays any journey second by second, showing the exact route, the speed at every point, how long the vehicle sat at each stop, and where harsh braking or speeding happened. That is usually what settles a customer dispute or a driver disagreement, because it replaces two opinions with one record.

Driver behaviour is turned into a single score per driver, built from harsh braking, rapid acceleration, speed violations, sharp cornering and idle time. Managers use it to coach against specific events instead of making general accusations, which is the difference between a conversation that changes behaviour and one that does not.

For theft, a remote engine immobiliser lets you stop an unauthorised vehicle from your phone. The command is queued and executes once the vehicle is stationary rather than cutting power at speed.

Reports cover distance, trips, fuel, driver behaviour and utilisation, and export to PDF or CSV, so idling above a threshold or a vehicle with no trips on a working day becomes visible instead of buried.

On support: Fleetile works with over 200 GPS devices and has no hardware lock-in, so trackers already fitted to your fleet can usually keep reporting rather than being replaced.
