How the pricing works
Every new account starts with 3 invoices free, and no credit card is needed to sign up. After that you buy invoice credits: 25 for $25 or 100 for $75, as one-time packs that never renew and never expire. A yearly plan gives 300 invoices for $150 a year and is the one subscription on offer. A credit is spent only at the moment an invoice is issued. Drafts, clients, sending and re-sending, PDF downloads, received payments, estimates and quotes cost nothing on any balance.

What you can do with it
- Create invoices, estimates and quotes with line items, several taxes per line, discounts, shipping, notes and terms, and see the finished document update as you type.
- Send documents by email under your own subject and wording, with the PDF attached.
- Let clients accept or decline a quote online, then turn an accepted quote into an invoice.
- Take card payments from the invoice itself through your own connected Stripe account; the invoice is marked paid when the payment arrives.
- Bill in any of 156 currencies, to unlimited clients in 250 countries, with your logo on every document.
- Follow each invoice's activity history: sent, opened, viewed, paid (invoice tracking, from the 100-invoice pack).
- Issue the same invoice on a schedule with recurring invoices, and connect your own systems through the REST API (both on the yearly plan).

Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits people who send a handful of invoices a month and would rather not pay a subscription in the months they do not bill. If you send hundreds of invoices every month, a flat monthly plan will likely cost you less. BillingHub is web only and in English, has one login per account, and does not do payment reminders, credit notes, purchase orders or time tracking.
