> **Pros**: We have used and researched other software, and Kiva Logic software is far more intuitive than other software providers out there. When we have technical issues, customer service  response time is always very quick and the problem is resolved in a very timely manner. They  are  very responsive to suggestions to customize the software to our needs and the needs of our customers.

> **Cons**: Kiva Logic now can create an app for our software which I think would add a great new element as far as push notifications and alerts are concerned.  I would absolutely love to have it available to our customers but it's far too cost prohibitive.

Now, my operations run so smooth with Kiva Logic. It is built with subscription-based businesses in mind. It is easy to navigate for admins and super user-friendly for the customer.
