Its very user friendly and love that we can manage all of our company credit card expenses under one format. Being able to view the expenses of others where they can provide all of the information we need in order to process our books is great and convenient. > > **Cons**: There have been times when downloading an expense report would not download correctly. It would only download the report but not the receipts that were attached to each expense which was important for us to have on file. Other times some expenses that were on our credit card statement would not populate in Travel Bank so we needed to add the expense manually. > > Using TravelBank has worked out for us very well. There's not much to complain. It provided all that we needed. I know there was an option to use it to book travel, but we never used it just because that wasn't the intent use when we purchased this program.
