CS has abandoned the loyal customer base who helped build the business to what it is today. They have held their customer's data captive and prostituted them by abandoning the desktop platform and forcing the customer to pay ridiculously higher subscription fees. I understand innovation but at the least they could support the old customer base by maintaining, without upgrades, the previous platforms around which many of us built our businesses. Word of caution - expect to be treated the way that CS views you, as a commodity to be exploited not a customer to be appreciated.
