> **Pros**: Daily schedule of roles such medication administration vitals monitor days staff duties and might staff duties at all levels gives a clear guide of daily work

> **Pros**: ResiDex is a small company but because of that, they are able to get to know their customers. When you call customer support you speak to the same person every time. If we have a suggestion, they actually listen\! And they are a small enough company to just make the changes. They don't have to follow the corporate policy because they are corporate.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything that I like least about this program. If there is something that does not work for us, we are able to discuss it with the company and the necessary changes are made.

> **Pros**: The most impactful features I have found are the reports, however they could be much more user friendly.

> **Cons**: The reporting features are lacking. It would be incredible to be able to pull the reports in Excel to be able to format them. Many of the reports I have I have to manually calculate because the option to convert to Excel is not a choice.

> I have been able to provide other departments with data such as religion or birthday while not having to pull a large report. I like that it is user friendly and not clunky at all. I called customer service to ask them how to obtain data regarding the religion and was steered in the right direction in less than 2 minutes.
