About Lead Docket

Lead Docket is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps law firms to track leads. Key features include a real-time dashboard, contact management, task management and reporting. It enables users to search, sort and filter lead as needed. Users can track and store a lead's contact details, and leads can be filtered based on submission channel. Leads can be uploaded from internal and external sources. The solution allows users to create a lead database, as well as schedule appointments, meetings and phone calls. Users can also set callback reminders. Lead Docket’s reporting feature can be used to track cost per lead, lead volume, revenue and other key performance indicators. Other functionalities include referral management, custom intake scripts and call tracking. The solution offers integration with third-party applications such as Google, Microsoft Azure, SendGrid and MailChimp. Pricing is per user per month. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

Smart & Streamlined

Every day use for 3 + years now and I can honestly say I would be lost without it. Service is excellent, ease of use is excellent. Best money spent.

Pros

I love how intuitive Lead Docket is, and how easy it is to navigate and see all the information I need to see every day. The breadth and depth of reporting is also A+.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that sometime I think of layout design that might make it even easier for me to see what I need to see. This ends up being a pro, however, because when I reach out to customer service they always seem to be able to make these ideas a reality. Amazing!

Convenient and easy to use system

I have been using Lead Docket at our company for more than 3 years with continued success. A lot of the manual work has become automated, allowing me to identify and focus on key leads. It's helped to create a simple work flow that everyone can follow and get more work done effectively.

Pros

I use Lead Docket on a daily basis and it's very easy to understand the many functions it offers. The integration process is straightforward. I like that I have the ability customize the case types and change the message templates to fit our company's needs. The ability to text and interact with potential clients in real time with out having to use another text platform is practical and saves a lot of time. The different statuses helped to streamline our process of prioritizing, analyzing, and tracking individual leads more efficiently.

Cons

Right now I have to download a report to see all appointments booked with the times and locations. I'd like to have the option to see them on a calendar view with time slots instead of scrolling down the scheduled status or generating a report.

Good Product

Setup was fairly easy. System is easy to use and helps us track information we weren’t tracking before.

Pros

Lead Docket is user friendly and exactly the intake software we needed! The support team is also very responsive and helpful!
