I shouldn't have to reach out to support to get updates on something that should be available to view in the billing screen. > > While I like that my agent partners like it, the features as the lender are not helpful. With Kunversion, I could see the source of the lead and any notes the agents added as they talked to the leads (like if they've called 10 times and no one has answered, or if they added their sister-in-law so it's not a random lead from the internet).
