QDMS helps automate quality management operations in a digital environment. The solution can be deployed on the cloud or on-premise.


The modules of QDMS include complaint management, inspection management, action management, risk management, audit management, survey management and training management. It features a document management module that allows users to associate different documents and create a master document.


QDMS provides corrective and preventive activity management where users can record and manage nonconformities. Its calibration management feature allows compliance managers to monitor jobs for calibration and validation devices. In addition, it offers suggestion management that helps managers perform cost analysis as well as manage personnel, customer and supplier suggestions.      


QDMS offers multi-language and multi-currency functionality. It has a mobile app for both iOS and Android.
