It has all of the elements necessary to create and manage tasks for our concierge, call center, porter, housekeeping and engineer/maintenance teams. > > **Cons**: As far as suggestions, if a task is created by using the "+ Guest Request" button, they don't show up under the individual unit number and have sometimes been difficult to track down. If there were a way to have all guest requests show up under a user's profile so that one doesn't have to Search Tickets to find it, that would alleviate some confusion. Another recommendation is, when reviewing a particular task under a resident's profile, if I press the back arrow, it resets the entire page and places me back on the home page and I have to search for the user again. For those not to tech savvy is clear to work with. I would like for it to be a little more colorful since as Concierge I manage several tasks at once.
